Household Contents Insurance
- New for old cover, with or without accidental damage cover
- Optional Accidental Damage cover for TV, Audio, video equipment, Home PC's, aerials and satellite dishes
- Business equipment in the home - up to £2500
- £250 towards replacement locks if keys are stolen
- Student's possessions away from home - up to £5000
- Increased cover over Christmas period and for 1 month prior to and 1 month after a wedding
- Alternative accommodation if property uninhabitable for covered claim
- £500 towards kennelling for pets if property uninhabitable for covered claim
- Frozen Food - unlimited cover
- Personal money up to £300
- Garden contents up to £500
- Motor Vehicle accessories and loose parts up to £1000, extendable to £5000
Buildings Insurance
- Reinstatement cover with or without accidental damage
- Includes accidental cover for fixed glass, sanitary ware, cables, pipes and sewage tanks
- Property Owners liability for current and previously owned property (up to 7 years)
- Alternative accommodation if property uninhabitable for covered claim
- £500 towards kennelling for pets if property uninhabitable for covered claim

24/7 home assistance is included in your contents and/or buildings insurance policy. Whether you sustain damage to your roof, plumbing, doors or windows, breakdown of heating or loss of keys, rest assured we've got you covered. We'll take care of the call out charge, labour and materials up to a maximum value of £300 incl. VAT.
