I have insured several valuable classics and modern cars through FJ for many years. Their service has always been excellent. There may be cheaper alternatives but you get what you pay for and I would not consider insuring with anyone else.

You really want to know? Really? Only one word for my renewal experience this year >> very stressful <<. Actually that's two words but I think you get the picture.
The incompetence level of the gentlemen that unfortunately (for me) answered my renewal call goes off the scale. Of course I will renew with FJ next year, I always do. It's people like me that don't switch companies that keep your company alive. All I can hope for is that someone with more than half a tiny brain cell will pick up my renewal call next time. Hopefully someone that can listen carefully and not talk over me, especially when I could hear they knew nothing about the subject of my insurance policy or how to answer my very simple questions. Yes, I'm talking about you (you know who you are). Luckily the 1 hour 15 minute of "pain" was paid for by the company that I work.
Next year I'll be much better prepared. Perhaps a bit of light meditation before calling you might help. Perhaps some deep breaths just before..........and a session with a punch bag just after. That way I might keep my blood pressure within the recommended medical boundaries for someone still alive.
Does anyone actually read this dribble? Definitely one to print out and stick on the coffee room wall, or the smoking area. And are the phone calls really recorded? Really? Oh I do hope so; you could use my one in your training process for new employees under the title "how not to deal with a customer in a professional manner".
