Footman James gets ‘up close and personal’ with TSSC
3 January, 2012
Ten members of staff from Footman James recently visited the TSSC headquarters as part the company’s on-going commitment to improving customer insight and product knowledge.
The event was designed to increase staff knowledge of the classic vehicle market, providing an in-depth understanding of the Club and its history, as well as providing the opportunity to get close to some of the cars themselves.
The team from Footman James, many of whom are classic owners, were taken on a tour of the museum by Nigel Clark, who then demonstrated how an agreed valuation is undertaken.
“At Footman James we are committed to working closely with existing customers and key Club partners to ensure our products and services meet their needs. Encouraging our staff to attend an event of this type ensures we achieve these objectives and supports our commitment to improving the customer experience.” explained Footman James’ managing director Andy Fairchild.
