The 28th British Mini Day will be held this May, opening the summer season at the prestigious Himley Hall & Park. The event celebrates the Mini Van’s 60th birthday but is open for all Mini’s and variants from 1959 to present day and offers owners and guests a chance to buy, sell and view a huge collection of Mini’s of all kinds.
Mini clubs around the country visit Himley to get involved with the show, displaying members Mini’s in the show’s club area – a perfect place to showcase the clubs that make up the foundation of the Mini community. The event welcomes as many clubs as possible and seeks to reward the dedication and effort they’ve put into making the community expand and thrive.
The event will be drawing in traders and autojumblers from all over the UK, making it a great place to find highly sought-after products, including clothing, specialist insurance, parts and collectable models. From parts to entire cars, the event draws in a range of top-quality Minis for sale. Whether you’re looking for a 60’s classic or the latest model the sale area in Himley Hall has it covered.
The event is aiming to get as many Minis as they can from each decade to go on display so everybody can find something that draws their interest. Guests can register to enter their vehicle, with judging taking place and awards for the top three spots.
For extremely special vehicles there’s also the Premier Concours section that hosts cars in 10 classes from 1959 to present day. Judges will be picking winners and awarding prizes so whether you’re entering or just want to see the amazing vehicles on display, the concours is bound to excite attendees this May.
