June 23-24, 2018

Classic & Sports Car Show / Flywheel 2018

It’s time to indulge in classic nostalgia again – that’s right, The Classic & Sports Car Show in association with Flywheel is returning this June.

Set in the fascinating grounds of Bicester Heritage, now well-regarded as a hub for all things classic motoring and aviation, it can be regarded as a perfect family day out.

At this year’s show, you will have the opportunity to get close to some unique and historic racing cars in the paddock as well as both aircraft and military vehicles.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Motoring

Decades of motoring will be effortlessly presented for the show; classic car and motorcycle displays from clubs in the pre-1976 parking area, to competition cars racing down the demo track.

Both on and off-road vehicles will be seamlessly curated by both club and car enthusiasts, so there will be a marque represented to satisfy every interest.

Several car clubs we work with have already registered for the event: Jaguar Drivers Club, Jaguar Enthusiasts Club, Mercedes-Benz Club and Vintage Motor Cycle Club to name a few, so make sure you manage to view some of the spectacular displays they have on offer.

Pre-1976 Parking Area

Back by popular demand this year, the pre-1976 parking area will give spectators with pre-70s classic vehicles the chance to showcase them.

If you would like to display your vehicle, when you book a ticket you need to simply select a ‘free parking pass’, although you will need to detail the make, model, registration and year as well as displaying your pass on the window of your car upon arrival.

By providing these details, you may be selected to have your vehicle featured inside the show magazine.

If you have already bought your ticket to the show, but would like to add a Display Parking Pass you can do so  on the Classic Sports Car Show website.

Specialist Traders

Brand new for 2018, there will be a dedicated specialist business area at the event, completely free for ticket holders to browse and buy. Not only this, you will have the opportunity to find some classic car expertise alongside viewing vehicles in action – what could be better?

If you’re interested in meeting the specialists, timed slots will be available to book throughout the weekend.

Autojumble

A new addition for 2018, there will be an Autojumble to browse where you can track down rare car, motorcycle and aviation parts for your vintage models. Alongside the Autojumble, there will be a new vintage trade fair where you can expect to find the perfect retro garments to wear throughout the weekend.
