The Morris Minor Owners Club’s National Rally returns to Kelmarsh on the 23rd – 24th June 2018. Founded in 1976, the club has now amassed over 14,000 members and has the objective of encouraging people to both preserve and use the loveable ‘jellymoulds’ in everyday life.
This year the Morris Minor Owners Club is celebrating its 70th anniversary. To highlight this, there will be several displays, entertainment in the form of live music and of course many Morris Minors of every shape and size, to admire over the weekend.
Local road runs in the classic Morris Minors will be taking place on Saturday and are organised by the Northampton branch of the club, with entrants leaving in small groups to view the local attractions.
There will also be classic Morris Minors for sale over both the days, so if you’ve been attempting to hunt down an elusive model this could be the event for you. If you already own a classic Moggy, you will be able to sort through a variety of spare parts and accessories in the Members Car Boot Sale (Saturday only).
There will also be a WW2 re-enactment group with both Spitfire and Merlin engine displays on Saturday, alongside a flying display of a Spitfire organised for Sunday (weather permitting).
Concours
There will be a Concours for entrants to get involved in, with categories including:

• Custom & Modified
• Masters
• Grand Masters
Saturday Night Entertainment
On Saturday evening there will be a party organised for members to meet and chat all things Morris Minor. The MMOC will be raising money for Prostate Cancer UK with a special “The Full Monty” tribute act by the National Rally Team at the party, not one to miss!
Entry to the Rally will be £13 per car for members. This fee is inclusive of a Rally programme and plaque.
Entry on the day is £15. This is also the entry fee if you are a non-member of the MMOC.
