The prize draw is open to all UK residents aged 18 years or over, except employees of Footman James or any of its group undertakings from time to time, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the prize draw.

The promoter of the prize draw is Footman James, a trading name of Advisory Insurance Brokers Limited, authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (Firm Reference Number 313250), registered in England and Wales under Company No. 4043759, with its registered address at 2 Minster Court, Mincing Lane, London, EC3R 7PD (the “Promoter”).

As a member of the Chrome Collective, the prize draw is free to enter and no purchase is necessary.

The opening date for entries for each daily prize draw is the date on which the initial email invite is sent. The closing date for all entries is 23:59 on Monday 8th June 2026. Registrations received after this time will not be considered.

Each participant may submit one registration to go into a draw to win a place on the Morgan Factory Tour Visit and Driving Experience. Multiple entries from the same participant will not be accepted, and only the first valid entry will be counted.

The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.

By registering to attend the Morgan Factory Tour Visit and Driving Experience (“Event”), you are automatically entering into the prize draw and committing to being available to attend the event on Thursday 25th June with a plus one guest.

Ten successful Footman James Private Clients will be chosen as winners to attend the Event with a plus one guest by random draw, by an independent person, on Thursday 11th June 2026 .

The winners will be notified via the email address used to submit their registration by Friday 12th June 2026. If a winner does not respond to the Promoter within seven calendar days of being notified by the Promoter, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited, and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.

The prize consists of an invitation to attend the Event. Winners will receive their invitation by email, which will also serve as notification of their win.

The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.

The Promoter reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter's control makes it necessary to do so.

The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation, the Promoter will make available the surname and county of each prize winner (as determined from the Promoter's records) to anyone who emails chromecollective@footmanjames.co.uk or writes to Footman James, Advisory Insurance Brokers Limited, 2 Minster Court, Mincing Lane, London, EC3R 7PD within one month after the closing date stated in condition 4. If you object to any or all of your surname and county being published or made available, please contact the Promoter at the address above or by emailing chromecollective@footmanjames.co.uk. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.

Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.

The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.

Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

These terms and conditions and this prize draw are governed by English law. If any entrants to this prize draw wish to take court proceedings, then they must do this within the courts of the United Kingdom.
