Date: 18 June, 2017
Location: Beaulieu, New Forest, Hampshire, SO42 7ZN
One of the coolest celebrations of cars is returning to the New Forest on 18 June 2017. The Hot Rod and Custom Drive In Day is back at Beaulieu, and as ever, it promises to be a show like no other.
The most stylish show in the South
The Hot Rod and Custom Drive In Day is proud to be the biggest show of its kind in the South. On top of that, it is hands-down one of the most stylish shows in the classic car calendar.
Hundreds of Hot Rods, colourful Customs and American Muscle cars will all be on display. But this show is about more than just the cars; it’s about the people.
The Vintage Village will be selling the finest fashion from decades gone by to anyone who has the car, but doesn’t have the clothes to match. The show even has prizes lined up for the best dressed individual, family/group and Camper Van.
As well as prizes for the most stylish people, there are prizes on offer for the vehicles as well. The best Custom, American, Hot Rod and Bike/Scooter will all take home a special prize, as well as the lucky cars that win the coveted Best in Show and People’s Choice Award.
So, if you have a Hot Rod, Custom or Classic American car, take it down to the New Forest and play your part in the display. Who knows, you may go home a hero!
Trade stands for every visitor
All the Americana imaginable will be available for visitors through the many trade stands set up at the event. Whether it’s memorabilia from your favourite manufacturer, or vintage clothing from the Village, we doubt you’ll be leaving the Beaulieu empty handed.
Endless entertainment
While you take in all the colour and style of the cars, keep an ear open for some special entertainment. There will be music from Miss Annie and the Midnight Shift and Company B UK. And where there’s music, there’s dancing, which comes from the brilliant Jitterbug Jive.
And as with all Beaulieu events, you’ll be able to enjoy everything else the Beaulieu has to offer alongside the event.
Tickets and further information
Tickets are £19.50 for adults, £9.50 for children and £49.00 for families if you buy in advance. On the day, they increase to £24.75 for adults, £12.50 for children and £64.00 for families.
The show is taking place on 18 June, making it the perfect Father’s Day gift.
