Simply Ford 2017

Date: 30 April, 2017

Location: Beaulieu, New Forest, Hampshire, United Kingdom, SO42 7ZN

Simply Ford 2017 heads back to Beaulieu on 30 April 2017.

The event, heading into its seventh year, is one of Beaulieu’s many ‘Simply’ shows, but this rally regularly turns out to be one of their best.

Ford over the years
As the name suggests, this event is simply Ford; nothing more and nothing less. That means you can expect to see the widest range of the American giant’s stable imaginable, from fantastic classics to modified modern models.

Here are just some of the many models you’ll see:

  • Anglia
  • Cortina
  • Capri
  • Puma
  • Mondeo
  • Focus
  • Sierra
  • Mustang
  • Galaxy

The list really does go on. But that’s what makes Simply Ford such a perfect rally; Ford is a master of model variety! One model in particular will be getting a special celebration at this year’s event…

A special 50th anniversary
This year marks the 50th anniversary of the Ford Escort Mk1. Don’t panic, we forgot to buy a card as well… thankfully Simply Ford will be putting on quite the birthday party for this classic.

You’ll find a special area dedicated to Ford Escorts, from classics to more recent, modified models at Beaulieu. Definitely something worth checking out.

Don’t leave without…

  • Casting your vote - Everyone at the event, from participants to Ford fans attending, can vote for their People’s Choice Award. Whichever car wins will receive a trophy before leading a cavalcade of the most voted for cars through the venue.
  • Checking out the clubs - Simply Ford always brings together some fantastic car clubs, and this year is no exception. Around 35 car clubs are already pencilled in to attend, including the Ford Mondeo Mk2 owners’ group and the Electric Orange ST owners club.
  • Enjoying the Beaulieu - Simply Ford takes place in the grounds of the brilliant Beaulieu, so make sure to stop by the museum, the Palace House and the beautiful grounds and gardens.
