Hailed as Europe’s ‘largest air-cooled VW show’, VolksWorld aims to unite hundreds of quality VW vehicles both inside and outside the venue, coupled with traders, club stands and live music. If you’re passionate about all things VW, this event is the one to attend with plenty of VW-related entertainment held throughout the weekend. You can even bring your children, as kids can attend for free and there is plenty to keep them engaged.
If you own a vintage camper, classic VW or modern transporter that you’re looking to sell, you have the option of displaying it in VolksWorld’s ‘For Sale’ section at the event. Those that are interested in displaying their vehicles here should book their place first. You can book your place by sending your name and ticket number alongside your vehicle’s make, model and registration to volksworld.show@kelsey.co.uk.
Perhaps one of the most iconic elements at the VolksWorld show is the international indoor swapmeet. Popular for browsing enthusiasts, the feature promises to bring together over 100 tables that are selling elusive and rare VW parts. Hopefully you’ll be able to locate that missing piece here!
If the swapmeet tables weren’t enough to satisfy you, the Retail Village will be filled with more second-hand and spare parts, accessories, gifts, clothing and other VW memorabilia. Some of the motoring industries biggest names will also be here and will display their latest services and products, as well as special show deals. Or you could simply get some advice for your latest VW project vehicle.
Why not make the most out of the show and camp over the weekend? As the nights get longer and hopefully the days get warmer, it’s the perfect time to consider staying over. There are great facilities to use and refreshments will be available, with free entertainment on the Saturday night. It’s important to note that camping plots are always limited, so if you’re interested it’s best to buy your camping ticket as soon as possible.
If you’re passionate about your own VW or have poured hours into building or restoring your VW – now is the time to show it off. For thirty years the VW display at VolksWorld has been regarded as one of the best in the world and now you have the chance to be a part of it.
