Furthermore, Footman James has developed a range of additional cover options for enthusiasts to tailor their policies. These tailored options are known as FJ+ and include a wide range of products such as wedding hire, breakdown and nil deduction salvage retention.
The move from paper policy documents to an online document portal has been a result of continued growth of the business and the continued development in technology. Footman James understands the importance of better environmental stewardship and is keen to play their part reducing the business’ environmental impact. With an online portal, documents can immediately be sent to customers as soon as they register as a new customer simply by logging onto the portal on the FJ website.
