With a promise to bring together the best from the UK’s classic car scene, the Footman James Manchester Classic Car Show returns to EventCity this September. With an array of iconic classics spanning through the decades, there will be something to pique your interest. Some of the earliest vehicles produced will be present, iconic 60s and 70s classics, British sports cars and American muscle cars - providing a true, nostalgic trip through time. Located at one of the UK’s largest exhibition centre, there is over 300,000 square feet of indoor space to explore.
There are many things to do at the Footman James Manchester Classic Car Show, from viewing classic car club displays, the Live Rally Action stage, trade stands and even a concours. Located right next to the Trafford Centre, this classic car show offers a multi-interest day for the whole family.
Classic Car Clubs
Everybody knows that classic car clubs are the heart of the classic community and at the Footman James Manchester Classic Car show, that’s no exception. There will be a host of our affiliated clubs taking part with stands and displays, including:

Live Rally Action
See some of motorsport’s icons driving on a specially constructed demonstration ‘stage’ – one of the only outdoor parts of the event, it’s not one to miss. Operating up to three times per day, just outside the halls, there will be Group B Rally cars alongside other ‘golden era’ classic rally cars. You are sure to hear them before you see them!
Restoration Workshop
Being able to restore and maintain your classic are skills you need to learn to keep your vehicle on the road. There will be demonstrations live at the Footman James Manchester Classic Car Show from experts, helping you discover all the tips and tricks. There will be a range of skills on display, from welding, electrics, trimming and panel forming.
Trade Stands
Another element of classic-ownership is sourcing elusive spare parts for your vehicle. Finding a specialist supplier can sometime feel as difficult as finding a needle in a haystack, but the trade stands at the Footman James Manchester Classic Car Show makes it a whole lot easier. From products to services and tools, the trade stands will encapsulate classic literature, garage equipment and an Autojumble to rival some of the best.
You will be able to purchase tickets from the foyer at 9am on the day of arrival or you can purchase advanced tickets now.
