Many moons ago a naive 20 something opened a VW Specialist workshop in Cardiff due to the local market lacking the levels of care and passion for the older models. Years of hard dedication in the workshop and very little dedication to the day to day running of the business, meant that when the 20 something owner finally had a daughter, he felt he needed to go and work for someone else. That didn't work out and while it provided him with lots of "character-building" moments, Body & Soul was born out of a yearning to return to what truly motivated the much older chap. As Mark Twain mused: "Genius has no youth but starts with the ripeness of age & old experience"
