Footman James receive Feefo Platinum Service Award 2021

Footman James have been awarded the Feefo Platinum Trusted Service Award for the second consecutive year; an independent accreditation that recognises companies for providing excellent service, rated by real clients.

Feefo work with companies to encourage reviews from their clients, and the clients are asked to give a star rating and short review of their experience. The Trusted Service Award created by Feefo, is only awarded to businesses that have met their exceptionally high standards of achieving a gold rating of over 4.5 stars for three consecutive years. Footman James have now been awarded the highest accolade by Feefo for the last seven years.
