A specialist insurance broker took part in an inaugural golf day in Stratford-upon-Avon recently.
Footman James was invited by Cheshire-based H&H Classics to present the main trophy – a Waterford crystal vase – at The Welcombe Hotel and Spa earlier this month.
The prize was won by Neil Fender from Bristol-based Fender and Broad Classic Cars.
Footman James presented a team of 4 on the day, tackling the challenging course with great gusto!
The event was to raise awareness for Leukaemia and Lymphona Research, a charity of which H&H Classics are a corporate partner.
Other prize winners on the day included David Brindley of Antiques Trade Gazette and Simon Hope, Managing Director of H &H Classics; all the attendees were presented with a glass memento. The day was rounded off by a superb dinner in the historic dining room of The Welcombe Hotel.
Simon Hope, Managing Director of H&H Classics said: “Our inaugural golf day was a real winner and a fantastic networking event for all those who took part. Looking after our customers and colleagues is key to our success. We look forward to welcoming them all back next year!”
David Bond, Director of Footman James said: “We were delighted to be offered the opportunity to support H&H’s golf day. Not only did our team enjoy a thoroughly pleasant day, we met both customers and classic enthusiasts like ourselves. Congratulations to Neil on his golfing prowess!”
