Harry Metcalfe is now best known for his YouTube channel Harry's Garage which celebrates the world's most characterful vehicles via video to millions of viewers. In 1998 he founded EVO magazine with a group of talented motoring journalists and has since been an outside advisor to Jaguar Land Rover. Hooked on cars from an early age, his first love was motorbikes before swapping to 4-wheels at 17. He has been lucky enough to have owned or driven almost every interesting car ever made.
The evening will take place via Zoom to a restricted number of participants with Alex Riley hosting the evening, putting your questions to Harry. Alex Riley is a passionate and witty car enthusiast who presents The Car Years on ITV4 with Vicki Butler-Henderson. His TV career began behind the scenes on Top Gear, and has since encompassed documentary series for BBC3, regular appearances on The One Show and presenting Channel 5’s The Classic Car Show. He writes articles for Classic Car Weekly and drives a TR7. In 2014 he won Celebrity Mastermind, taking Triumph TR Sportscars 1953 – 81 as his specialist subject.
To make the event even more special, we'll also be sending participants a bottle of wine and a bottle of champagne from Private Cellar to enjoy during the evening. These will be:
We'll be sending the wine and information on food pairings in good time before the event so that you can appropriately pair the wines if you wish to.
7pm - 7.45pm: Q&A Session
For this portion of the evening, Alex Riley will be putting your questions to Harry Metcalfe. When you express your interest in attending the event below, simply ensure you include your question for Harry and it may be chosen to be asked on the evening.
7.45pm - 8pm: Interval
Private Cellar will also be taking this opportunity to talk you through the wines you've received and their food pairings.
8pm - 8.30pm: Floor opens for questions
Following the interval you will be able to ask Harry any follow up questions you may have. All participants will be placed on mute and you will be asked to used the 'Raise hand' feature on Zoom to show that you have a question. Alex will then allow each person in turn to put their question to Harry.

If you're not lucky enough to be chosen this time, we will be recording the evening for you to enjoy at a later date. This will only be exclusively available to Chrome Collective members who have registered an interest in attending.
