Footman James' Classic of the Meet

It's time to vote! As an attendee of Footman James' Coffee & Chrome at the Impney Estate on the 6th February, we're giving you the power. Let us know which classic reigned superior for you at the meet and should win the title of Classic of the Meet. Remember, this isn't about the most expensive or flashy - it's about the whole package! 

All we need you to do is fill out the below form with the registration of the vehicle you've chosen and a photo. Then, the winner of our very first Classic of the Meet will be announced via email after the meet. Plus, there will be an amazing prize for the winner and also a little thank you in the form of a random draw for every one who nominated... Good luck to all! 

Terms & Conditions

1. The promoter of Classic of the Meet is Footman James (the “Promoter”)
2. The Footman James Classic of the Meet is free to enter, and no purchase is necessary
3. All entrants must have attended Coffee & Chrome to be able to vote for Classic of the Meet
4. The opening date for votes is 7am on 06/02/2022. Entries will close on 07/02/2022 11:59pm
5. Entries received after 07/02/2022 will not be considered
6. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind
7. Only one entry per person will be accepted, any additional entries will not be counted
8. The Classic of the Meet prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and no cash alternative is offered.
9. The Promoter reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter's control makes it necessary to do so.
10. The Promoter's decision regarding any aspect of the Classic of the Meet competition is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
11. Classic of the Meet entries are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to honour the reservation to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
12. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the event where it becomes necessary to do so.
13. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the entrants or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of Classic of the Meet except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
14. Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will only be processed as set out in the Promoter's privacy policy, which can be found on the Promoter’s website.
15. The Classic of the Meet competition will be governed by English law, and registrations of the promotion submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
