Footman James has been awarded the highest honour possible from an esteemed independent review company.
Customer review site Feefo; a platform that uses insight from genuine customer reviews to identify trustworthy leaders in business, has announced the winners of its Gold Trusted Service awards 2018. Footman James is proud to say that for the fourth year running we’ve landed the prestigious accolade.
Gold Stars
Verified consumers can rate an organisation out of five stars, and each year the site officially commends the front runners.
The Trusted Service award is given to a business that have collected at least 50 reviews between January 1 and December 31, achieving a rating of between 4.0 and 4.4.
To be awarded the gong for Gold Trusted Service, brands need to go above and beyond and be rated at least 4.5/5, with a minimum of 50 reviews.
Since March 2017-March 2018, Footman James has scored 4.7stars, based on 1416 reviews and since January 2018, we are already on track as we are currently scoring an amazing 4.8/5 stars!
These reviews help companies such as Footman James to act on the genuine feedback from their customer base, allowing them to respond to issues, make improvements and celebrate successes.
Since 2015, Footman James has been awarded the highly-coveted honour every year, and hopes to continue this achievement for 2019.

Feefo says the awards are all about “delivering amazing customer service” and are a recognised symbol of trust.
The genuine reviews encourage people to buy with confidence – knowing that other customers have trust in the service.
