Footman James keeps classic owners on the road longer
30 October, 2012
As a specialist insurance broker, Footman James’ top priority has always been to keep customers on the road so the company has recently extended its policy cover, which now includes classic car owners up to the age of 90 years and beyond.
Footman James has consulted with clubs, customers and insurers and negotiated this extension in direct response to the growing demand.
Footman James can now provide cover for classic car owners, prior to the owner’s 90th (next) birthday (previously 75th next birthday). When a customer turns 90 years old, Footman James is required to refer to the insurer for further instruction.
“With an ageing population it is essential that we respond quickly to market demands and we are delighted to be able to offer our valued customers cover for longer.
Not only can classic car owners benefit from extended cover until they turn 90, if you also have a classic bike insured by Footman James we can provide cover until your 80th birthday – so great news all round! ” explained Andy Fairchild, Footman James’ managing director.
