A few months ago we asked our clients to complete the Investor In Customers (IIC) feedback survey.
Thank you so much to all of our clients for taking the time to complete the survey, we received some brilliant feedback and have also identified some key areas where we can continue to improve.
As a result, we are proud to report that we have been accredited with the IIC Silver Award for customer experience in the first year of results. The IIC Awards seek to recognise businesses that meet and exceed regulatory standards for customer experience excellence. The independent organisation undertake extensive exercises and research to collect and understand the views of staff and customers alike to ensure customer service and relationships are at the forefront of every decision the company makes.
With an overall score of 79.8% we were less than 1% away from receiving the exceptional gold standard, making the first year of results a solid foundation and a fantastic result overall.
The responses from our clients have also raised money for charity, with Footman James donating £1,000 to Mission Motorsport to thank them for their feedback.
We really appreciate all feedback from our clients and we will continue to utilise it to improve our customer service and internal processes. We will continue to report on how the responses to the survey are shaping the way we do business moving forward.
