Footman James has once again been awarded the Gold Trusted Service Award from Feefo, for the fifth year running.
Feefo collects reviews from verified customers and then awards those businesses that have amassed a service rating of 4.5 or above, and met the required criteria, with the prestigious accolade.
The coveted award is a testament to their dedication to high levels of customer service and highlights ‘outstanding levels of quality’ throughout the years.

With an average rating of 4.8, Footman James has been awarded the significant honour since 2015 and hopes to receive it again in 2020 for the sixth year.
The reviews amassed help companies, like Footman James, to garner valuable insight from its customers, but also gives the opportunity for businesses to respond to common issues, find improvements and revel in the positivity of pleased customers.
