Recommend a Friend – Terms and Conditions
About Us
Everywhen is a trading name of Advisory Insurance Brokers Limited. We are authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), Firm Reference Number 313250. We are registered in England and Wales (Company No. 4043759). Our registered address is 2 Minster Court, Mincing Lane, London, EC3R 7PD. When we say "Everywhen", "we", "us" or "our" in these terms, we mean Advisory Insurance Brokers Limited.
We are the promoter of the Recommend a Friend program (the "Program"). The Program lets our existing policyholders earn rewards by recommending friends and family to us. For each qualifying recommendation, you will receive a £100 credit applied to your Everywhen account (the "Reward"). The Program only applies to existing policyholders who hold a single motor or motor collection policy. There is no limit to the number of friends or family members you can recommend.
By taking part in the Program, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not take part. You must not take part if doing so would break any law or regulation that applies to you.
We may change, update or withdraw these terms or the Program at any time. If we do, we will publish the updated terms on our website at this web address. The terms that apply to you are the ones in force when you take part. If you continue to take part after we make changes, you are accepting the updated terms.
Who Can Take Part
To recommend someone (making you the "Referrer"), you must be a UK resident aged 18 years or over and already hold a current single motor or motor collection policy with Footman James, and you must have been on cover for at least 30 days when you make the recommendation.
The Program is not open to employees of Advisory Insurance Brokers Limited or any of its group undertakings from time to time, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with the administration of the Program.
When we say Referred Friend in these terms, we mean the person you recommend to us (the "Referred Friend").
How It Works
To make a recommendation, contact us directly by telephone or email at: quotes@footmanjames.co.uk, and provide your valid client reference number at the time of enquiry. We will take care of the rest.
When contacting us for a quote, your Referred Friend must provide your valid client reference number. If they do not provide it at the time of enquiry, you may not receive the Reward.
For your recommendation to qualify, your Referred Friend must purchase a new Everywhen single motor or motor collection insurance policy, where the value of the asset being insured is £150,000 or more, through our Private Clients team, and stay on cover for at least 30 days.
Any quotes provided to a Referred Friend are subject to our eligibility criteria and underwriting criteria applicable to our delegated authority scheme products with KGM or Chubb Insurers.
You can only earn one Reward per Referred Friend, but there is no limit to the total number of Referred Friends you can recommend.
If a Referred Friend buys another Everywhen policy later, you will not receive an additional Reward for that purchase.
The Reward will be credited to your account after your Referred Friend has been on cover for at least 30 days. Rewards for qualifying referrals will be made annually and applied to your account prior to your next renewal date.
The Reward is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered. The Reward may only be used as a credit against your Everywhen renewal premium and cannot be redeemed for cash.
We may substitute the Reward with an alternative benefit of equal or higher value at our discretion if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary to do so.
If your Referred Friend cancels their policy before they have been on cover for 30 days, you will not receive the Reward. If we have already credited the Reward to your account, we may deduct its value from your account or ask you to repay it. We may carry out checks on referrals and delay crediting a Reward while we do so.
We may refuse any referral that we believe is fraudulent, suspicious or breaks these terms.
Our decision on whether a referral qualifies and whether a Reward is due is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
Rewards cannot be transferred, sold, traded or auctioned. If the Program ends or your Everywhen policy is cancelled for any reason, any Rewards we have not yet credited to your account will be forfeited.
When the Programme Runs
The Programme covers new policies purchased from 1 January 2026 to 31st December 2026. We may extend, shorten, withdraw or amend the Program at any time if it is necessary to do so. Referrals relating to policies purchased after the end date will not qualify.
What We Need From You
By taking part, you confirm that you are allowed to share any personal details you give us. You must make sure all information you provide is accurate and up to date.
You must get your Referred Friend's permission before giving us their personal details.
If We Need to Stop Your Participation
By entering the Program, you are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions. We can suspend or stop your participation in the Program at any time if you break these terms or if we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse.
We reserve the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the Program where it becomes necessary to do so.
If we suspend or stop your participation, you will not receive any further Rewards and we may cancel any Rewards we have not yet sent.
Ending the Program or your participation does not affect any rights or obligations that have already built up, and any terms that are meant to continue after the Program ends will still apply.
Our Liability
As far as the law allows, we, our agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate you or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring in connection with the Program, except where it is caused by the negligence of us, our agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Your Data and General Information
Personal data supplied during the course of this Program will only be processed for the purposes of administering the Program and as set out in our privacy policy, which can be found on our website: https://www.footmanjames.co.uk/fair-processing-notice.
We will contact you by email using the address you gave us when you signed up.
No one other than you and us can enforce these terms (under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999).
If a court finds that any part of these terms is invalid or unenforceable, the rest of the terms will still apply.
No delay or failure by us to exercise any right or remedy under these Terms and Conditions shall constitute a waiver of that right or remedy, nor shall any single or partial exercise of any right or remedy preclude any further exercise of that or any other right or remedy.
These Terms and Conditions and the Program shall be governed by English law. If you wish to take court proceedings, you must do so within the courts of England and Wales.
