We are delighted to announce that the inaugural Footman James Coffee & Chrome meet will take place on 6th January 2019 at the picturesque Chateau Impney in Droitwich.
Chateau Impney is the home of the Chateau Impney Hill Climb and is the perfect backdrop for our classic vehicle meet. The first sprint up the Hill took place in September 1957, so the venue is steeped in motoring heritage and well established amongst classic enthusiasts. The Hill Climb has become an annual fixture in the calendar since the inaugural event and will be a fantastic venue for enthusiasts to roam and engage with fellow petrolheads and their cars.
Last April we hosted a Drive-It-Day event in conjunction with The Classic Motor Hub which began at the Chateau, which saw a convoy of 30 classic cars and ‘Digit’, our VW T25, led by a classic 1968 VW Beetle travel over 50 miles to the Classic Motor Hub in Bibury. The event was a great success and featured an eclectic mix of classic vehicles, including Morris Minors, Ferraris, vintage Austins and even kit cars. Whether you’re into your classic cars or classic bikes, all are invited to mingle with fellow enthusiasts in the grounds of the Chateau over a hot drink and free bacon butty.
There will also be trade stalls and static classic displays to browse and admire.
