Arguably the greatest motorsport and car celebration event in the world, the Goodwood Festival of Speed returns in 2019. It is the ultimate summer festival which takes place in the stunning parkland that enchants the Goodwood House.


Expect big changes and new attractions for 2019’s Goodwood Festival of Speed as the event is bigger and better than ever!


New for 2019 is the Arena which will allow you, the audience, to get closer to the action than ever before. Throughout the weekend you will witness car stunts, tyre shredding and flabbergasting motor vehicle displays, starring some amazing vehicles and valiant daredevils. Not only this, there will be signing sessions scheduled over the weekend for you to have your chance to meet your heroes face to face.


Shootout Sunday is back and 2019 celebrates the 20th anniversary of the Hillclimb record; is this the year that history will be made? Head over to Shootout Sunday where you can watch some of the world’s fastest drivers face off and go head-to-head to win a selection of prizes that will be up for grabs at the ceremony after the Shootout. Make sure you are there for the chance to meet the star cars and their drivers too.


Come and discover a host of some of the most advanced cars in the world that have pushed the boundaries of technology.

Lined up in the Michelin Supercar Paddock, these fantastic machines will be on display for you to get up close and personal to the vehicles.


The Style et Luxe is one of the finest concours d’elegance in the world. The vehicles on display can be described no more than a masterpiece as each one will proudly be on display in exceptional condition.


Immerse yourself in the future and get up to speed on the latest cutting-edge technology to see how travel and automotive engineering is set to change in the not so distant future.

Meet your heroes. Previous Goodwood Festival of Speed events has welcomed the likes of Valentino Rossi, Lewis Hamilton, Jenson Button and Sir Jackie Stewart, just to name a few. Why not try your luck and get your heroes autograph or picture with them too?


What better place to come than Goodwood Festival of Speed as you can get within inches of the latest F1 cars from the top teams in motorsport. Head to the Grand Prix circuit to admire many of these beautiful automobile machines all in one place.

In previous years, the F1 paddock has been lucky to see the likes of Fernando Alonso, Sebastian Vettel, Nico Rosberg and many other amazing drivers mosey around the area.


Cars go airborne in the rally stage as vehicles whip round the woodland track. Dirt will fly and cars will drift as they tear up the course.


See the talent of BMX stunt riders in a new and fresh location. The adrenaline pumping arena gets bigger as it will include all aspects of the extreme sports scene. Witness the jumps and thrills from BMX experts with the newest and most exhilarating eSports skills. 


Would it be Goodwood without a stunning display from aviation vehicles? 2018 saw the iconic Red Arrows put on a wonderful display as they soared through the clouds, leaving behind a trail of red, white and blue.

The iconic sculpture encapsulates the key theme of the show which is the passion and ambition people have towards motorsport. Last year, the sculpture celebrated seven decades of Porsche, which became the first manufacturer in the festival’s history to be nominated three times on the world’s famous feature.
