By entering, you’ll be in with a chance to win all three classic-inspired prizes*, including:

Once entries are submitted, we’ll be reviewing the stories shared and selecting the ones that capture the spirit of Timeless most strongly. If yours catches our eye, we’ll be in touch by email to request a photo of your car and explore the opportunity to feature your story across our social media channels.

1. The competition is open to all UK residents aged 18 years or over, except employees of Advisory Insurance Brokers Limited or any of its group undertakings from time to time, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the competition.

2. The promoter of the competition is Footman James (the “Promoter”). Footman James is a trading name of Advisory Insurance Brokers Limited, which is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (Firm Reference Number 313250). Registered in England and Wales, Company No. 4043759. Registered address: 2 Minster Court, Mincing Lane, London, EC3R 7PD.

3. By completing the contact form, participants will automatically be entered into a competition to win a prize. The winner will receive a pair of driving gloves, a magnum of champagne and a vintage picnic basket set. Two runners-up will each receive a prize to be determined by the Promoter.

4. The competition is free to enter and no purchase is necessary.

5. All entries must be submitted via Timeless with Footman James and only one entry per person is permitted.

6. The opening date for entries is 09:00am on 21^st June 2026. The closing date of the competition is 23.:59 on 9^th August 2026. Entries received after this time will not be considered.

7. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.

8. The winner and two runners up will be selected by a panel of judges from the Promoter's marketing team on the basis of the most creative original and engaging memory submitted. The winner and runners up will be announced at Mathewson's Live on 23rd August 2026. The judges' decision is final. 

9. The prize is supplied by Footman James. 

10. The winner and runners-up will be notified by email or telephone (using details provided at entry) before 31st August 2026. If the winner or a runner-up does not respond to the Promoter within seven (7) calendar days of being notified by the Promoter, then that individual's prize will be forfeited, and the Promoter will be entitled to select an alternative winner or runner-up (as applicable) in accordance with the process described above. The winner of the magnum of champagne may be required to provide proof of age (18 years or over) prior to delivery of the prize.

11. There will be one winner and two runners-up, each receiving the prize described above and the prize is . The prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.

12. The Promoter reserves the right to replace any prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter's control make it necessary to do so.

13. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the competition, including the selection of winners, is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

14. The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter will send the surname and county of major prize winners and, if applicable, copies of their winning entries to entrants by email within one month after the closing date stated in condition 6. If you object to any or all of your surname, county and winning entry being published or made available, please contact the Promoter dvmarketing@everywhen.co.uk . In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.

15. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.

16. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.

17. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

18. Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will be processed as set out in the Promoter’s privacy policy: Our Fair Processing Notice | Footman James. The Promoter will use entrants' personal data for the purposes of administering this competition and delivering prizes to winners. Where an entrant provides their insurance renewal date, this information will be processed by the Promoter for the purpose of contacting the entrant with relevant insurance renewal information, but only where the entrant has given their express consent to be contacted for this purpose. Any marketing communications will only be sent to entrants who have opted in to receive such communications via their preferred contact method(s) as indicated on the entry form. Entrants may withdraw their consent to receive marketing communications or to be contacted regarding their renewal date at any time by contacting the Promoter at dvmarketing@everywhen.co.uk.

The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this promotion.
