Footman James is very proud to say that it has been given the Feefo Gold Trusted Service award, for the third consecutive year. While the award comes from Feefo, we only get the reward because of genuine reviews by our customers.
What is Feefo?
Feefo collects authentic reviews from real customers, which is beneficial for companies and both current and potential customers.
Companies are able to get real-time feedback and make changes / improvements accordingly. Customers are able to raise issues, or celebrate strengths, knowing that a company will see their opinions. And potential customers are able to see honest reviews about a company before they consider using them.
Users are able to rate a company out of 5 stars, as well as leave a comment justifying their rating.
In 2016, we received 2,835 different reviews from our customers, leading to an average score of 4.8/5 – a figure we are very proud of.
The Gold Trusted Service award
Back in 2013, Feefo started rewarding companies with awards, depending on their rating on the site. If a company had an average service rating from 85% to 94%, they’d receive the Trusted Service award.
If a company’s rating is 95% or above, they receive the coveted Gold Trusted Service award. So, you can imagine how happy we are to have received this award for the past three years.

Now, you know what they say. There’s one thing that’s better than three golds in a row: four golds! So, we’re going to aim to get the Gold award next year to keep the run going.
