TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. The Facts Disc is a gift and as such is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
2. The promoter of the policy benefit is Footman James (the “Promoter”). 
3. The Facts Disc is free, and no purchase is necessary. 
4. If the Facts Disc are not utilised, they will expire by 00:00am on 01/05/22.
5. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for information not successfully uploaded to Facts Disc due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind. 
6. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon (receipt/use). The Promoter reserves the right to refuse the policy benefit to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions. 
7. Personal data supplied during this promotion will be processed as set out in the Facts Disc's privacy policy, which can be found on the Facts Discs's website: www.factsdisc.com/policies/privacy-policy 
8. You may be contacted by the Promoter regarding your submissions to the Facts Disc.
9. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the gift where it becomes necessary to do so.
