- The Facts Disc is a gift and as such is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
- The promoter of the policy benefit is Footman James (the “Promoter”).
- The Facts Disc is free, and no purchase is necessary.
- If the Facts Disc are not utilised, they will expire by 00:00am on 01/05/22.
- The Promoter accepts no responsibility for information not successfully uploaded to Facts Disc due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.
- Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon (receipt/use). The Promoter reserves the right to refuse the policy benefit to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
- Personal data supplied during this promotion will be processed as set out in the Facts Disc's privacy policy, which can be found on the Facts Discs's website: www.factsdisc.com/policies/privacy-policy
- You may be contacted by the Promoter regarding your submissions to the Facts Disc.
- The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the gift where it becomes necessary to do so.
