If you’re a fan of Porsches, particularly ones that are air-cooled, you’ll want to follow Type7. A new account made by Porsche itself but run by a team of photographers with an eye for something special, you can expect amazing locations, people with a story and exceptional attention to detail.

Journees d’Automne

Paris-based Journees d’Automne gives you a glimpse of what it’s like owning a classic car on the streets of France’s capital – minus some ‘precision parking’. The account is run by Etienne Raynaud, who also co-runs the events of Jounees d’Automne, so expect to see plenty of Paris classic spots and event coverage in the gorgeous French countryside and its exhilarating roads.

Valve & Piston

If it’s cool, Valve & Piston will share it. Pushing ‘modern classics’ rather than vintage and veterans, Valve & Piston posts pictures from third-parties. So, if you’re looking to follow an account that will also open up the door to other cool accounts, #valveandpiston is one for you.

Peter Auto

If you haven’t heard of Peter Auto before, you’ll have definitely heard about the events they organise. From Le Mans Classic to Chantilly concours events and the Tour Auto, to name but a few, the team’s Instagram account follows them (and their classics) wherever they go – on and off track.

Much like its online magazine, Classic Driver’s Instagram promises some of the most incredible vistas, events and vintage and classic cars. Classic Driver and its photography team bring you behind-the-scenes access to the press launches and shows it gets invited to.

Car & Vintage

Car & Vintage pops up everywhere and anywhere where there’s something brilliant going on. Concours on ice? It’s there. Geneva Motor Show with exclusive live videos? You bet. A bit like Valve & Piston, the Instagram page also includes third-party images.

Coming a close second, Petrolicious is one of the go-to pages and websites if you love cars and luxury lifestyle. Expect the same videos of awesome cars with owners’ stories as well as spot on photography and the now famous #drivetastefully tag.

Silodrome

Because they love cars and bikes as much as we do, Silodrome’s page wins our top spot. With heavy period racing content thrown in for good measure Silodrome celebrates everything with ‘gas’.
